　　Dr. Eng. IB Ilham Malik, Senior Adviser to the President of Indonesia, is an urban planning expert specializing in transportation and sustainable infrastructure. As founder of Malcon Engineering and Vice Chairman of ITS Indonesia, he oversees projects like the Bandar Lampung Global Port City and advocates for research-driven, inclusive development policies. He holds a Doctor of Engineering from Japan and lectures at ITERA.

He coordinates with other agencies on rail technology and research to promote and strengthen the industry. His areas of interest include railway crossing safety, regulations, management, and technology.

　　Dr. Yusoff, former President & CEO of MIGHT (a public-private partnership under Malaysia’s Prime Minister’s Office for high-tech and industrial development) with a 15-year, 5-month and 5-day tenure, now serves as President of MARIC, representing Malaysia’s leading rail systems companies. A Fellow of AAET, ASM and FCILT and a Distinguished Fellow of GFCC, he also holds key board positions at UNESCO’s IRIS, the ASEAN Innovation Business Platform, and previously served on Malaysia’s Standards and Accreditation Council, National TVET Industrial Advisory Council, Selangor Rail Council and Selangor Aerospace Council, among others.
